PE25

The PE-25 is our smallest and most economical plasma cleaning system. It is the entry level to our range of vacuum chamber products.

Thanks to its two input gases, PE-50 it is the most compact and low cost option for plasma surface treatment of small-sized parts.

PE75

The PE-75 is our largest compact model with a larger size and feature set than all the other lab systems. It is the best value for plasma ashing semiconductor wafers.

MK-II

The MK-II is a heavy duty plasma processing system with a large processing chamber up to 24 electrode shelves. Like all of our systems, MK-II is designed to run with any gas, giving you the most flexibility. It's specially suited for desmear and etchback of PCBs and   for use in industrial clean room settings as a plasma etching system.
